A new construction of a twenty-two-story high-rise building located off SE 6th street will be the new home for the Bellevue Club Residence project. The project consists of twelve-levels (per tower) of residential units, two-levels of club amenities comprised of a full-size basketball court, gym, spa, lounge areas, banquet hall with commercial kitchen, two in-door pools, restaurant, and a roof-top terrace with outdoor seating. Project also includes six-levels of above ground parking, and two-levels for back-of house.  This is an expansion project that will be adjacent to the existing 250,000SF Bellevue Club.
