​Head LEED Project Coordinator, & Project Drafter
​

Involvement:

  • Supervised proper LEED credit assignments to individual sub-contractors

  • Fully executed all architectural related LEED credits & developed new credit categories that awarded additional LEED points 

  • Developed construction documentation

  • Created 3D model

Repeat client with new office building construction in Milpitas, and office tenant improvements in Costa Mesa, Ranch Cordova, Richmond, Chatsworth and headquarters in Sacramento, California. All locations are ZERO-NET-ENERGY and LEED SILVER, Design-Bid-Build projects.  
 

Project Status: completed construction 2017-2019, ZNE & LEED SILVER
