Repeat client with new office building construction in Milpitas, and office tenant improvements in Costa Mesa, Ranch Cordova, Richmond, Chatsworth and headquarters in Sacramento, California. All locations are ZERO-NET-ENERGY and LEED SILVER, Design-Bid-Build projects.
