Pleasant Grove Apartments

A multi-family apartments project made up of three buildings - one community club house and two residential buildings (three-floors) consisting of 98 units (1-3 bedroom plans).

Residential buildings (type V-A, approx. 51,700 SF each) includes lobby, laundry, bike storage, utility spaces in each building.
Club house (type V-B, approx. 3,770 SF) includes lobby, leasing, community lounge, conference room, restrooms and mail/parcel. Outdoor amenities include two trellis shade structures, two kitchens, two lounge areas, kids playground, one double sided fire trough, a small dog park and a community garden.
Part of a three-person design team. I am in the process of finalizing design, developing construction drawings, coordinating with client and consultants, reviewing code analysis and building a 3D Revit model. I did not do the renderings for this project.
