A nineteen-building project on a 6-acre lot in Federal, Washington. Site is laid out of (6) 6-plex, (5) 7-plex and (7) 8-plex buildings. There are 133 residential units (2 to 4-bed / 2.5 to 3.5-bath), with size ranging from 1,370 SF to 1,750 SF. Due to client not wanting a sidewalk curb, unit stepping within a single structure needed to be incorporated in the design. The roof, second and third floors aligned between units within the building, while the 1st floor to deck height fluctuated with grade.
