An 8,000 square feet office tenant improvement at an existing two-building campus. Project includes a remodel of main lobbies, updated finish along the exterior façade, site upgrades comprised of exterior shade canopies, exterior seating areas, a new water fountain and site entrance signage. Main lobbies were renovated to include new finishes, lighting, updated restrooms for ADA compliance, new elevator interior finish, and a new feature wall at the grand staircases.
