ON Broadway Apartments
Sacramento, California
A two-building, podium (type I-A) construction project totaling about 144,500 SF and 63 on-site parking spaces. The ground floor (19,600 SF) consists of office and retail spaces with four-levels of residential (type V-A) apartments above. The project includes 140 residential units composed of single, two and three bedroom units of which 10% are accessible and 90% are adaptable.

Part of a three-person design team. I am assisting in finalizing design, researching product data, building a 3D Revit model, developing construction drawings, addressing project meetings with design team, providing code analysis, and coordinating with client and consultants.
I did not do the renderings for this project.
